Every Cleaning Includes

Here's exactly what you get with every gutter cleaning. No upsells, no surprises.

Full gutter clear-out

We pull out the leaves, roof grit, dirt, built-up gunk, and any standing water sitting in the channels.

Reachable roof debris

If we can get to it from the ground with the vacuum, we'll clear loose debris off the roof too, especially in the valleys and the other spots where water runs.

Downspout flow check

We make sure water's actually coming out the bottom of the downspout. This doesn't cover underground drain lines.

Light finishing rinse

We finish with a light rinse to move out any loose residue. We don't pressure wash your home, fascia, siding, or paint.

Cleanup when we're done

Anything that falls to the ground during the job, we pick up.

Bagged and set aside

We bag the debris and leave it by your trash bins, or wherever you tell us at checkout.

Perfectly clean gutters

Zero mess left behind.

Siding & landscaping stay pristine.

Clean Gutters, Less Mess, No Sales Pitch

Most gutter cleaning methods are messy. Crews climb ladders, scoop debris by hand, blow it across the roof, or rinse it out with water and leave the cleanup behind.

Just Clean Windows & Gutters uses a better approach. Our ground-based gutter vacuum system removes leaves, buildup, stagnant water, and gutter gunk without spraying dirty debris across your home, driveway, flower beds, or lawn.

  • We vacuum the mess away.

Instead of blasting debris out of the gutter, we suction it out. That means less mud, fewer dirty streaks, and less cleanup around your home when the job is done.

  • We clean from the ground, not on a ladder.

Our gutter vacuum system and live gutter-view cameras allow us to clean safely and thoroughly from the ground, reducing the need for ladders or walking on your roof.

  • We focus on doing the job right.

We are not there to sell you roofing, repairs, gutter guards, or extra services you did not ask for. We clean your gutters, document obvious issues when we see them, and let you decide what comes next.

  • We make it easy to book.

Schedule online in under a minute, choose your service day, and get a confirmed service window before your appointment. You do not even need to be home as long as we have access to the gutter areas.

Gutter cleaning for Central Texas homes

Our gutter cleaning service uses professional gutter vacuum equipment to remove leaves, roof grit, stagnant water, and debris while minimizing ladder time and roof access whenever possible. That makes the job cleaner, safer, and less disruptive than traditional hand-scooping, pressure washing, or leaf-blower methods.

Technician using a ground-based gutter vacuum system to clear debris from a home's gutters

A cleaner way to clean gutters

Gutters collect more than leaves. Over time, they can fill with roof grit, twigs, dirt, organic buildup, stagnant water, and compacted debris. When that material blocks the gutter channel or downspout opening, water may spill over the side instead of flowing where it should.

Traditional gutter cleaning often involves climbing ladders, walking the roof, hand-scooping debris, or blowing material out of the gutter. Those methods can leave a mess around the home and increase the risk of injury or property damage.

Our process is different. We use professional gutter vacuum equipment to remove debris from the gutter system while working from the ground whenever possible. This helps reduce roof access, minimize ladder use, and keep debris more contained during the cleaning process.

Why ground-based gutter cleaning matters

Every time a technician climbs a ladder or walks a roof, the risk goes up, both for the technician and for your property. Our ground-based process is designed to reduce that risk whenever possible.

Ladders can dent gutters, scrape siding, damage landscaping, or create problems when they need to be placed on uneven surfaces.

By using specialized equipment to clean most gutters from the ground, we can complete the work more safely and with less disruption around your home.

Some homes or gutter layouts may still require limited ladder access. But our service is designed to minimize that need whenever possible.

How We Clean Your Gutters

We use a high-powered gutter-vacuum system to remove everything your gutters have collected: wet leaves, roof grit, shingle granules, twigs, and the standing water that builds up when downspouts clog. Once the gutters are clear, we flush every downspout to confirm water flows freely, bag the debris, and tidy up before we leave.

  • Vacuum removal of all gutter debris
  • Roof grit, shingle granules, and stagnant water cleared
  • Downspouts flushed and tested for proper drainage
  • Debris bagged and your property left clean
  • Optional haul-away if you would rather not keep the pile

What our gutter cleaning service includes

Our standard service is designed to remove debris and buildup from the gutter channels so water can move more freely through the system. Depending on the service selected and the condition of your property, gutter cleaning may include:

  • Removal of leaves, muck, roof grit, and debris
  • Cleaning of accessible gutter channels
  • Removal of stagnant water and buildup where reachable
  • Checking that water can flow from downspout openings
  • Optional downspout flushes
  • Cleanup of material that falls to the ground during service
  • Bagging of gutter debris for customer disposal
  • Optional debris haul-away when selected at booking
  • Before-and-after photos when available

Because we use gutter vacuum equipment, debris is collected in a more controlled way than traditional hand-scooping, blowing, or spraying. This helps reduce the chance of debris being scattered across driveways, flower beds, lawns, patios, siding, and windows.

If debris falls to the ground during service, we clean up the material we reasonably can. Unless debris haul-away is selected, collected gutter debris is bagged and placed near your trash bins or another location specified during checkout.

Before-and-after photos are available so you can see the difference without climbing a ladder or inspecting the gutters yourself. This is especially useful for upper-level gutters, larger homes, rental properties, vacant homes, and customers who are not home during service.

Downspout flushes

A clean gutter channel does not always mean the downspout is clear. Leaves, shingle grit, mud, and organic material can collect inside the downspout and restrict water flow.

We recommend adding a downspout flush at least once per year, especially if you have noticed overflow, slow drainage, or water backing up during rain. The downspout flush helps clear stuck debris and confirm water is flowing through the downspout opening.

We do not service, inspect, or clear underground drain lines.

What we do not offer

To keep our service focused, we do not currently offer the following:

  • Gutter repair
  • Gutter installation
  • Gutter guard installation
  • Roof cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Tree trimming
  • Underground drain clearing
  • General handyman work

If we notice a larger issue during service, such as sagging gutters, visible damage, disconnected sections, or drainage concerns, we will document the issue and let you know so you can decide on next steps.

Gutter cleaning and window cleaning together

Gutter cleaning pairs well with exterior window cleaning. Both services help maintain the outside of your home, both are commonly needed after heavy debris seasons, and both can be completed with modern ground-based equipment.

When scheduling allows, you can book gutter cleaning and window cleaning during the same appointment.
