We pull out the leaves, roof grit, dirt, built-up gunk, and any standing water sitting in the channels.
Reachable roof debris
If we can get to it from the ground with the vacuum, we'll clear loose debris off the roof too, especially in the valleys and the other spots where water runs.
Downspout flow check
We make sure water's actually coming out the bottom of the downspout. This doesn't cover underground drain lines.
Light finishing rinse
We finish with a light rinse to move out any loose residue. We don't pressure wash your home, fascia, siding, or paint.
Cleanup when we're done
Anything that falls to the ground during the job, we pick up.
Bagged and set aside
We bag the debris and leave it by your trash bins, or wherever you tell us at checkout.

How We Clean Your Gutters
We use a high-powered gutter-vacuum system to remove everything your gutters have collected: wet leaves, roof grit, shingle granules, twigs, and the standing water that builds up when downspouts clog. Once the gutters are clear, we flush every downspout to confirm water flows freely, bag the debris, and tidy up before we leave.

What our gutter cleaning service includes
Our standard service is designed to remove debris and buildup from the gutter channels so water can move more freely through the system. Depending on the service selected and the condition of your property, gutter cleaning may include:
- Removal of leaves, muck, roof grit, and debris
- Cleaning of accessible gutter channels
- Removal of stagnant water and buildup where reachable
- Checking that water can flow from downspout openings
- Optional downspout flushes
- Cleanup of material that falls to the ground during service
- Bagging of gutter debris for customer disposal
- Optional debris haul-away when selected at booking
- Before-and-after photos when available
Because we use gutter vacuum equipment, debris is collected in a more controlled way than traditional hand-scooping, blowing, or spraying. This helps reduce the chance of debris being scattered across driveways, flower beds, lawns, patios, siding, and windows.
If debris falls to the ground during service, we clean up the material we reasonably can. Unless debris haul-away is selected, collected gutter debris is bagged and placed near your trash bins or another location specified during checkout.
Before-and-after photos are available so you can see the difference without climbing a ladder or inspecting the gutters yourself. This is especially useful for upper-level gutters, larger homes, rental properties, vacant homes, and customers who are not home during service.
Downspout flushes
A clean gutter channel does not always mean the downspout is clear. Leaves, shingle grit, mud, and organic material can collect inside the downspout and restrict water flow.
We recommend adding a downspout flush at least once per year, especially if you have noticed overflow, slow drainage, or water backing up during rain. The downspout flush helps clear stuck debris and confirm water is flowing through the downspout opening.
We do not service, inspect, or clear underground drain lines.
What we do not offer
To keep our service focused, we do not currently offer the following:
- Gutter repair
- Gutter installation
- Gutter guard installation
- Roof cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Tree trimming
- Underground drain clearing
- General handyman work
If we notice a larger issue during service, such as sagging gutters, visible damage, disconnected sections, or drainage concerns, we will document the issue and let you know so you can decide on next steps.

Gutter cleaning pairs well with exterior window cleaning. Both services help maintain the outside of your home, both are commonly needed after heavy debris seasons, and both can be completed with modern ground-based equipment.
