Pure Water Window Cleaning
We start with the gentlest, most effective approach: 100% purified water run through reverse osmosis and deionization filtration to remove all minerals and dissolved solids. For most windows that is all it takes: pure water lifts dirt off the glass and rinses completely clean, drying on its own with no spots and no streaks, and without the soap residue that ordinary methods leave behind to attract dirt as it dries.
When glass has stuck-on stains, hard-water mineral deposits, or buildup that pure water alone will not lift, we switch to highly effective cleansers to get it truly spotless. It is a right-tool-for-the-right-job approach: we minimize the chemicals we use wherever we can, but we never compromise on the quality of the clean. A water-fed pole lets us reach second-story and hard-to-access windows safely from the ground, with no ladders against your home.

Our process uses purified water, reverse osmosis filtration, and water-fed pole equipment to clean exterior glass from the ground whenever possible. Less ladder time means lower risk for the technician, less risk of accidental property damage, and a cleaner, less disruptive service experience for your home.
What is pure water window cleaning?
Pure water window cleaning uses filtered water that has had minerals and impurities removed before it reaches the glass. Ordinary tap water contains dissolved solids that can leave spots or residue as the water dries.
Our system filters the water before it is applied to the window. The purified water is delivered through a water-fed pole with a specialized brush that lets the technician scrub and rinse exterior glass. Because the water has been purified, it can dry clean without the same mineral spotting associated with ordinary tap water.
Our window cleaning equipment
We use the XERO Pure system for our pure water window cleaning service. The system uses multi-stage filtration, including reverse osmosis and deionization, to produce purified water for exterior glass cleaning.
The purified water is paired with water-fed pole equipment, allowing us to clean many exterior windows from the ground. This is especially helpful for second-story windows, hard-to-reach glass, and homes where traditional ladder placement could create additional risk around siding, gutters, landscaping, rooflines, vehicles, or outdoor fixtures.
Why ground-based window cleaning matters
Every ladder placed on a property creates some level of risk, both to the technician and to your home. Our ground-based process is designed to reduce that risk whenever possible.
Ladders can scrape siding, dent gutters, disturb landscaping, or create problems when they have to be placed near uneven ground, fences, vehicles, or outdoor living areas.
By minimizing ladder use whenever possible, we can clean exterior windows more efficiently while keeping the process safer and less disruptive.
That does not mean a ladder is never used. Some window layouts, screens, obstructions, interior glass, or property conditions may still require limited ladder access. But our process is designed to reduce that need whenever possible.

Our service is designed to give you a more complete clean than a quick exterior rinse. Depending on the service selected and the condition of your home, we clean both the outside and inside of the glass.
Exterior glass
We use purified water and water-fed pole equipment to clean many windows efficiently while reducing unnecessary ladder use. The purified water lifts dirt, dust, pollen, mineral residue, and everyday buildup without the heavy soap film that ordinary methods leave behind. For stuck-on stains and hard-water deposits, we follow up with targeted cleansers so the glass still finishes spotless. Ground-floor windows are wiped and dried with microfiber cloths, and second-story windows are wiped when they can be safely reached.
Interior glass
We clean from inside the home with care for the surrounding space. Interior cleaning gives the glass a more complete finish, because dust, fingerprints, pet marks, smudges, and household film can collect on the inside surface even when the outside has already been cleaned. Tracks, screens, and frames are addressed too, since they affect how clean the windows really feel.
